Job description

1to1 Group are recruiting for an Operations and Stock Co‑ordinator for our client near Thame. This role will bridge the gap between operations and finance, primarily focussing on stock/inventory control and identifying areas of improvement in process to reduce time and cost.

Role Responsibilities
  • Preparation and analysis of regular and ad-hoc reposts using tools such as Power BI, Excel and ERP systems.
  • Analyse production related costs.
  • Identify inefficiency and areas of improvement in operational processes.
  • Gain insights and drive implementation of solutions.
  • Management training and supervision of one direct post.
  • Ownership and development of the company’s stock control procedures to ensure accurate inventory records are maintained across all sites.
  • Implementation of strong inventory control procedures and the use of best practices through continuing process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to all company procedures relating to inventory and process control.
  • Management and control of all internal stock movements.
  • Plan and coordinate inventory counts of all sites.
  • Maintain the ERP system for stock data.
