Prime Video is seeking a driven Program Manager to join the Content Acquisition Operations team in London. You will translate complex content agreements into standardized metadata, manage vendor relationships, and streamline content operations while ensuring timely content availability for customers.

The role requires strong English, attention to detail, and experience in project management or digital media operations.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
• Experience in program or project management
• Experience defining and executing program requirements
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English

Responsibilities

• Interpret content license agreements into standardized data entries across internal systems.
• Manage title schedules and content availability windows, ensuring content goes live on time for customers.
• Own payment setup for content providers and resolve their queries.
• Drive operational targets, identifying root causes of errors and implementing corrective actions proactively.
• Collaborate with product and automation teams to test, adopt, and provide feedback on new tools that reduce manual processing and improve throughput.
• Develop and maintain process documentation to support knowledge sharing, change management, and onboarding of new team members or content providers.
