Ornua in Leek, UK is seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Manager to lead the site’s continuous improvement and Lean transformation, reporting to the Operations Controller.
You will drive Lean projects, develop the CI team, partner with senior leadership, build robust business cases, and embed change across end-to-end value streams to deliver measurable performance gains. A strong background in Lean Six Sigma and cross-functional delivery across dairy manufacturing or FMCG is preferred.

Salary: £53,000 to £65,000 per annum depending on experience
Hours: 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Ornua is actively seeking a Opex Manager to join our operations department as we continue our growth trajectory.
As our Opex Manager you will play a key role in delivering Ornua’s 3 Year Plan which is encompasses our Transforming for Growth strategy. Leading transformational change through identification and delivery of Best in Class whilst recognising the effectiveness of empowering our people through lean culture.
You will drive accountability through site improvement projects that benefit Ornua and our partner customers, strengthening our relationships and elevating our performance throughout the end-to-end business.
This role will form part of the global operational excellence team, reporting directly to the site operations lead, recognising the value of collaboration and will provide subject matter expertise to enable all functions to elevate our overall capability.
