  • Work closely with business leaders to ensure adoption and alignment with commercial objectives
Experience Required
  • Demonstrable experience in operational efficiency within insurance, ideally MGA or carrier
  • Strong knowledge of policy administration systems and associated operational functions
  • Lean and Six Sigma training essential, ideally Green Belt or Black Belt
  • Proven track record delivering measurable process improvements and operational simplification
  • Able to translate complex operational issues into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders and capable of influencing change across multiple teams
