Qualifications

• Strong experience in Operational Excellence, TPM, and leading change.
• Excellent coaching and mentoring skills with resilience and adaptability.
• Proven ability to influence and develop teams at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train the unit team on the Müller Production System.
• Develop and deliver an OpEx roadmap for continuous improvement.
• Conduct assessments for external maturity audits.
• Analyze performance data to implement strategies for reduction.
• Act as the technical expert for dairy processes.
• Define and monitor critical process parameters.
• Support new product development and commissioning.
• Mentor shop-floor experts to embed a culture of Operational Excellence.
