The Housing & Environment directorate manages and improves over 17,000 council homes, ensuring that every resident has a safe, warm, and welcoming place to live. We\'re committed to resident-led service design, continuous improvement, and the highest standards of compliance and safety.
This new role has a clear remit to achieve the highest levels of performance in this fundamental area. We\'re looking for candidates with experience of leading the full landlord function across a major housing portfolio.
Supported by a team of around 200 colleagues, you\'ll ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, and resident focused services to tenants and leaseholders alike, in a way which delivers not only statutory obligations and best practice, but also our wider organisational ambitions.
