We are looking for an Operational Delivery Manager to cover the Yorkshire region in our Customer Field Services department within the Wastewater Service Delivery Business Unit. The role is a hybrid working arrangement, however, there will be an expectation that time will be spent working from the operational sites from where your team(s) operate.
Permanent. 37 hours per week, Monday Friday. As part of the role, you will be required to participate in a standby rota.

As our Operational Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing remote operational teams across a specific geographical area in the Yorkshire region. You will be responsible for continuous improvement in customer service by striving to deliver a same day solution to our customers and environmental impacting incidents. Along with effective delivery of planned repair and maintenance activities on the wastewater network, whilst delivering the asset plan for network maintenance to eliminate future escapes.
This role is looking after our Vactor and CCTV teams across the region, within this role there is also a need to be able to manage proactive cleansing and CCTV plans with a hybrid approach. (internal and contractor performance)
