The ISS Automation team operates independently from traditional Change and Technology teams to provide a holistic, end‑to‑end perspective on how ISS operates. Its mission is to redesign processes, reduce manual effort, cost, and risk, and enhance scalability and client experience. The team works flexibly across business and technology, selecting the best tools and approaches for each challenge, and delivering through agile, outcome‑focused methods.
The team prioritises pace, iteration, and continuous improvement. This enables cross‑boundary delivery while maintaining close alignment with Technology and the wider business. The team leads critical initiatives including Fund Events transformation, end‑to‑end journey redesign, Generative AI industrialisation, ActiveOps deployment and EUC risk reduction.
The Operating Model & Transformation Lead enhances the effectiveness and impact of the ISS Automation team by applying deep expertise in Agile delivery, operating model design, and enterprise transformation. The role identifies and shapes new transformation opportunities, strengthens operating model alignment across initiatives, and accelerates delivery through modern ways of working. Acting as both a strategist and hands‑on transformation leader, the role ensures measurable value, improved flow, and consistent adoption of agile practices across ISS.
