A global transformation firm is seeking an Op Model & Change Lead to spearhead key initiatives in its transformation portfolio. The role involves leading change management efforts, ensuring stakeholder alignment, and driving the evolution of agile working practices. Candidates should have robust experience in Op Model Design, Change Management, and effective stakeholder engagement. This position is located in the City of London and offers a dynamic work environment.
