Purpose of the role

We are embarking on our biggest ever period of transformation – investing time and money to connect consumers, our clients and our partners to each other, and to the elevated experiences they want and expect from us. The Op Model & Change Lead will support the delivery of key initiatives in our Transformation portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and oversee effective change management efforts across programmes and business teams, managing Change Managers and ensuring alignment with programme objectives.
  2. Monitor change impact, drive change management activities, and proactively identify and address risks and issues to ensure successful delivery.
  3. Engage and communicate with key stakeholders, collaborate with communications and project teams to enhance visibility across Collinson International.
  4. Drive adoption of standardised change management methodologies and tools provided by the TMO to ensure consistency and best practices across the programme.
  5. Actively contribute to a Change community of practice, fostering the sharing of insights, lessons learned, and continuous improvement of Collinson’s change management capabilities.
  6. Lead all aspects of organisational design for specific initiatives, ensuring proposed design enables Collinson to be highly effective, efficient, competitive, and deliver business priorities (projects).
  7. Work with the Programme Manager, the P&C Business Partner, and business leaders to embed organisational design interventions to improve the organisational shape and size.
  8. Provide specialist support to business leaders and P&C BPs in defining the best target operating model and organisational design, leveraging existing job banding and architectural framework to optimise performance and effectiveness, with appropriate spans and layers.
  9. Ongoing evolution of smarter/agile working.
  10. Leverage analysis and modelling to inform future decisions, targets, and KPIs, drawing on internal and external benchmarks to identify trends and opportunities for performance improvement.
