Qualifications

• Proven experience in utilities or power distribution projects.
• Strong knowledge of LV and HV cable networks.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial awareness with contract management experience.
• NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent Health & Safety qualification.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day operations for new LCT connections.
• Leading a team of Field Managers and Supervisors.
• Acting as the main point of contact with clients.
• Championing safety and compliance with HSQE policies.
• Overseeing multiple projects from planning to handover.
• Allocating resources effectively and monitoring performance.
