Overview

Onsite Transport Consultant

Location: Netherburn Industrial Estate, Wishaw, ML2 -0ZZ.

Contract Type: Permanent

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: £27,000 to £29,000 per annum (Depending on experience)

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:30

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support for candidate attraction, recruitment, onboarding, compliance, payroll, and employee queries.
  • Act as a first point of contact for candidate and employee queries.
  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring top-tier service delivery.
  • Use creative sourcing strategies to source top talent to meet contractual demands.
  • Ensure seamless communication between clients, candidates, and internal teams.
  • Update and maintain accurate records and updates using internal systems—attention to detail is key!
  • Monitor weekly forecasts to maintain supply versus agreed SLAs.
  • Resourcing weekly plans.
  • Work in conjunction with the transport office to help support the weekly demand.
  • Attend planning / forecasting meetings.
  • Identify supply trends.
  • Visit surrounding sites to discuss and support operational requirements and compliance.

  • Ability to multitask without compromising quality.
  • Familiarity with Office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, databases, scheduling tools).

Please note that due to the location, a driving licence and access to transport are essential.
