Qualifications

• Previous experience in a training administrative role preferred.
• Knowledge/experience within FMCG preferred.
• Experience of using online training and use of virtual reality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the onboarding programme for all new starters.
• Create and manage training matrices, attendance tracking, and training files.
• Prepare training materials, resources, and documentation for all modules.

Knowledge of legislation, e.g. Food Safety, Health & Safety
