Job description

What success looks like in this role:

PLEASE NOTE: Applicants must be eligible and willing to undergo security clearance

  • Using Remedy; demonstrate excellent management of tickets.

  • Good interpersonal skills for daily floor walking and Tech bar activities

  • The ability to follow written Knowledge Base Articles without interaction from others.

  • Good demonstration of troubleshooting on HP Devices

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Excellent customer service

  • Can do and positive attitude, willing to learn and get involved.

  • Work independently and as a team in a high-pressure environment.

  • Excellent written & verbal communication, in English

  • Uses advanced tools and technical knowledge to resolve client problems and conduct high-level installation activities for storage and network devices.

  • Leverages advanced understanding of hardware, software and operating systems, along with advanced troubleshooting capabilities to address and resolve significant issues escalated from team members and/or clients.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

End User support/support activities relating to but not limited to:

  • Office 365

  • Basic network support

  • Windows BitLocker

  • Networked drive mapping

  • Firewall

  • Windows 11 support

  • Smart Hands Infra Support

  • IMAC of desk equipment (Monitors, Keyboards, Mice etc.) & associated cabling/tidying.

  • VIP deskside support activities.

  • Mobile Phone support and setup

  • AV/Meeting room Smart Hands support and triage.

High School Diploma or GED required
May require technical certification or Associate Degree
Generally, 4-6 years’ experience in area of responsibility
