Job summary

PerkinElmer is seeking a highly organized Quality Specialist to join the on-site quality team at a customer site in Macclesfield, UK on a fixed-term 14-month contract. You will ensure compliance with GMP/GxP standards, support documentation, and drive quality improvements.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, with a focus on regulatory compliance and CAPA management. Lab environment experience and willingness to work on site are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quality management, supply chain management or related field, or minimum 3 years in QA/supplier management.
• Certified quality auditor or similar certification is desirable.
• Knowledge of GMP/GLP/GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure service delivery complies with quality commitments and regulatory requirements.
• Support writing of technical documentation with high quality content per GMP standards.
• Assist with inspection readiness programs and audits at the site.
• Contribute to CAPA investigations and root-cause analysis processes.
• Assist vendor management and supplier compliance per QMS and quality agreements.
• Develop and deliver training on quality processes and results.
• Contribute to annual quality improvement plan and cross-functional projects.
• Collaborate with procurement, engineering and other teams on supplier-related quality issues.
