Job summary

A leading fueling solutions provider in Dundee is seeking a Quality Inspection Supervisor to lead a dedicated team. This role focuses on ensuring high quality standards and managing resources efficiently. The ideal candidate should have team management experience and familiarity with continuous improvement practices. Responsibilities include supervising inspections, leading the inspection team, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment are essential. This position is onsite with no remote work options.

Qualifications

• Fluent English language, both verbal and written.
• Experience in managing a team.
• Experience in a continuous improvement/lean manufacturing environment.
• Ability to deal with people at all levels (Shopfloor/Senior management).
• Excellent problem-solving skills with knowledge of 5 WHY and ISHIKAWA.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the quality inspection team to meet objectives.
• Provide leadership and development for the inspection team.
• Set department objectives and review performance.
• Ensure high standards in inspection areas and compliance.
• Manage workload, staffing, and training to maximize productivity.
