Job summary

A leading manufacturing recruitment firm is seeking a detail-oriented QA Technician for a full-time onsite position in Wirral, UK. You will ensure products meet quality standards by performing inspections and maintaining documentation. Key responsibilities include collaborating with teams, conducting root cause analyses, and supporting QA process improvements. Experience in manufacturing and knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Dynamics NAV is advantageous. This temporary role is expected to last until March 2026.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is essential.
  • Strong understanding of Quality Assurance processes and standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Perform inspections and quality checks on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products.
  • Maintain and update quality documentation, inspection reports, and non-conformance logs.
  • Assist in root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Support the development and improvement of QA processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with production, design, and engineering teams to ensure product compliance with internal and customer requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to health & safety and quality standards across the manufacturing process.
