Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience is essential; chemical industry preferred.
• Valid Reach Truck FLT licence, refreshed within the last three years.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture products according to production plans and batch sheets.
• Weigh, measure, and add raw materials per batch instructions.
• Verify material descriptions, batch numbers, codes and quantities before use.
• Operate mixers, pumps, filling equipment and associated machinery safely and efficiently.
• Complete production records and batch documentation accurately and on time.
• Carry out in-process quality checks and report non-conformances or issues.
• Operate Forklift Trucks (FLT) safely and in accordance with procedures.
• Ensure correct identification and labelling of materials, products and packaging.
• Maintain high housekeeping, safety and environmental standards.
• Support continuous improvement, audits and site quality activities.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Warehouse and Management to meet objectives.
