Job summary

A national health service provider is seeking Clinical Pharmacists for full-time and part-time roles in the Salford area. • Registered Clinical Pharmacist with GPHC registration required.
• 6-12+ months experience in primary care/GP practice setting preferred.
• Ability to commute to onsite location in Salford required.

Responsibilities

• Resolve medication-related queries and support practice staff.
• Conduct medication reviews and ensure better access to healthcare.
• Educate patients on medication and disease prevention.

Experience using EMIS clinical system
