Job summary

TRIA in Rugby is seeking an experienced Onsite IT Deployment Engineer to bring a greenfield UK warehouse site to life. The role is hands‑on, covering laptops through to warehouse networking and user support.

You will deploy, configure, and roll out technology with direct impact on project success. Experience in IT deployment and desktop support is required, along with strong hardware knowledge and familiarity with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Azure.

Qualifications

Previous IT deployment, desktop support, field engineering, or rollout project experience.
Strong hands‑on hardware knowledge across laptops, desktops, tablets and printers.
Experience supporting Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Azure.
Comfortable working in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing or large‑scale environments.
Able to work in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

Deploying and configuring laptops, tablets, printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
Assisting with network infrastructure setup across the warehouse.
Collaborating with third‑party suppliers and internal teams to keep rollout on schedule.
Troubleshooting hardware, connectivity, and deployment issues during the site rollout.
Providing onsite support to warehouse and office users.
Maintaining asset records and deployment documentation.
