Onsite Customer Service Advisor | London | Fixed Term Contract for 12 months

Salary: £28,967.52

Location: Associated News Northcliffe House 9 Derry Street London

Shifts: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm

About the role

CitySprint has an exciting opportunity for an Onsite Customer Service Advisor in the client location.

You will be working alongside our customer at their place of work, you will provide excellent customer service to customers wishing to place bookings; to resolve queries at the first point of contact and to ensure that customers receive a prompt and courteous service.

Responsibilities
  • Confidently dealing with all incoming courier calls, internal calls and control requirements quickly, courteously and efficiently at all times.
  • Be able to resolve and direct customer, courier, and control queries by effectively communicating with other departments.
  • Representing CitySprint as a best in class supplier.
  • Delivering a high level of customer service whilst demonstrating CitySprint’s core values.
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Confident phone manner.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • MS Office - including Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
  • Flexible, self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work autonomously where required.
  • Adapts positively to change.
  • Ability to reprioritise tasks / workload in line with changing business needs.
