Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of AV & VC systems and excellent customer service skills are essential for this role.
  • Experience in leading a team and managing technical operations in a corporate environment is necessary.
  • Comfortable working under pressure while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of onsite AV technicians.
  • Manage daily operations to ensure full coverage across rotating shifts.
  • Act as the primary onsite contact for all AV services requests and escalations.
  • Ensure service delivery aligns with SLAs, KPIs, and client expectations.

Skills

Strong technical expertise across AV & VC systems
Proven experience supervising or leading a small AV team
Excellent communication and customer service skills

Education
