Job summary

Rullion Ltd is advertising a Construction Planner role for the HPC project in Somerset. The contract on-site position focuses on developing and progressing a detailed Level 5 schedule, integrating multiple tier-1 contractors, and maintaining the 16-week look-ahead. Reporting to the Area Lead Planner, you will support the PMO planning function.

The role emphasizes coordinating interfaces, ensuring schedule governance, and using digital tools to drive safe, efficient construction delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering construction within highly complex projects in regulated environments.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Understanding NEC Alliance contract is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop, integrate and update detailed construction schedules within the level 5 horizon.
• Coordinate interfaces with tier-1 contractors to optimise sequencing.
• Manage and update schedule data in planning tools and PMO systems.
• Support 4D/2D visualisation to aid construction coordination on site.
• Produce schedule progress reports for stakeholders and on-site teams.
• Ensure scheduling aligns with project procedures and HPC requirements.
