SoleResponsibility partners with major high street retailers and global brands to acquire surplus, damaged, and returned fashion stock. By giving these items a second life through responsible resale, we help prevent incineration and reduce landfill waste. Our mission is to promote sustainable fashion by reselling stock honestly and transparently.

Role Description

This is a full-time (or could be part-time if the role is shared), based in Halifax for an Online Fashion Reseller. The successful candidate will be responsible for reselling stock on live streaming sites from a range of partnered retailers and suppliers, managing product listings across resale platforms, and driving strong online sales performance.

The role will also involve analysing market trends, creating high-quality product content, managing stock turnover, preparing stock for sale, answering customer queries online, packaging/dispatching sales, and working to daily and monthly sales targets. This is a performance-led position that requires a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and an in-depth understanding of fashion and resale markets.

Required

  • 2+ years experience in online fashion resale or e-commerce sales (Depop, eBay, Vinted, etc.) Training can be provided to the right candidate if you don't have 2 years experience
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify profitable product opportunities
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Confidence in working independently and making data-led decisions
  • Excellent teamwork with the mindset to get stuck in and help the team achieve their goals
  • Sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage inventory across platforms
  • Knowledge of current fashion trends and branded apparel
  • Experience working with high street or sportswear brands is a bonus
  • Basic photography/editing skills for product presentation - further training can be given on this
