We're looking for an E-Commerce go-getter with a passion for digital growth. As our Online Shop Manager, you'll take ownership of our Online Shop and Mobile Apps-driving innovation, ensuring smooth operations, and creating standout customer experiences. Responsibilities
  • Manage, update, and coordinate developments of our Online Shop in line with Wurth-IT feature updates
  • Maintain and enhance our homepages using your coding skills to improve design and layout
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Team to seamlessly integrate campaigns
Data Enthusiast
  • Define KPIs, select relevant data, and improve existing reporting frameworks.
  • Analyse customer online behaviour to provide actionable insights that influence strategic decisions
  • Partner with inbound marketing colleagues to improve conversion rates and optimise budgets
Team Player
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are on point.
  • Support with other duties as assigned by your line manager.
  • Plus, whatever else comes up - we're a team, and we all pitch in
Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience in web analysis, e-commerce, or related fields
  • Strong analytical skills with a sharp eye for detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is ideal
  • Advanced proficiency in web analytics platforms (Google Analytics & PIWIK) and Excel
  • Solid experience with Google Tag Manager (knowledge of Hotjar is a plus)
  • A proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a can-do attitude
  • A degree in Business Administration or equivalent is an advantage, but not essential
