Arc is seeking experienced online personal trainers to coach members via chat, offering personalized one-to-one support. You’ll adapt training plans based on goals, data, and daily life while working with doctors and nutritionists to keep care joined up.

We value at least 2 years of one-to-one coaching, strong communication, and the ability to work 8am–6pm, Monday through Friday, with roughly 20 hours per week. This remote role pays a fixed equivalent of £40k full-time, pro-rated to hours.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 3 Personal Training qualification.
• At least 2 years coaching clients one-to-one.
• Experience coaching clients online via chat.
• Strong communication and adaptability to different personalities.
• Availability across Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm.
• Preferability for 20 hours per week and UK-based work.

Responsabilités

• Coach members one-to-one through chat with regular check-ins and accountability.
• Develop training plans customized to goals, data, and daily life.
• Help clients stay consistent, overcome setbacks and progress sustainably.
• Collaborate with each member’s doctor and nutritionist when needed.
• Contribute to refining coaching approaches and member experience as Arc grows.
