Job summary

An online learning platform is seeking part-time tutors to teach ESL students in a one-on-one setting. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of K-12 teaching experience. This position offers $20 per class plus additional incentives and a flexible schedule based in Sheffield, England.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience teaching grades K-12 in ELA.
• Experience with K-12 ELA standards.
• Teaching qualification preferred but not required.
• Fast and reliable internet connection.
• Available between 9-2 PM BST on weekdays or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized 1 on 1 instruction for students.
• Prepare appropriate lesson materials for the student’s age and ability.
• Submit Class Feedback after each lesson.
• Communicate with parents and students in a professional manner.
