Lumbry Park Veterinary Specialists invites applications for a fixed one-year rotating internship. You will work under the supervision of specialists across multiple disciplines and be an integral member of the team.

Out-of-hours coverage is a core part of the role, including weeknights and weekends, with hospitalised patients managed alongside RVNs and PAs and clinician support across disciplines. A unique feature is up to 20% service immersion and participation in rounds, journal clubs, and

• Enthusiastic and motivated to pursue veterinary internship.
• Committed to practicing the highest standards of veterinary medicine and patient care.

Responsibilities

• Work under supervision of specialists in multiple disciplines as part of the team.
• Provide care during out-of-hours shifts with nurse and assistant support.
• Care for hospitalised patients with clinician backup from other disciplines.
• Experience a tailored service week with up to 20% immersion in chosen services.
• Participate in Morbidity and Mortality rounds, case presentations, journal club and book clubs.
