Job summary

Qteg is seeking a dedicated One-to-One Teaching Assistant for a primary school in Lewisham. The role involves providing tailored one-to-one support to a pupil with ASD and ADHD, both inside and outside the classroom, to help participation and independence.

ASD/ADHD experience is highly desirable; you will contribute to routines, communication and emotional regulation, collaborating with a supportive staff team in an Ofsted-outstanding environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children with ASD and ADHD is highly desirable.
• Ability to work with neurodiverse needs in a primary school environment.
• Capable of supporting a child inside and outside the classroom.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored one-to-one support to the pupil with ASD/ADHD.
• Help the child access learning, manage transitions and routines.
• Support communication, social interaction and emotional regulation skills.
