St Jude's Care Ltd. is seeking a Live-in Carer to provide dedicated 1:1 support in a client’s home, promoting independence and dignity through consistent, person-centred care.

You will deliver personal care, assist with daily routines and meals, and offer companionship and reassurance across the day. Full training and ongoing support are provided, with focus on safety and respectful care in a home setting.

Qualificações

• Six months' experience in social care or similar environment is preferred.
• Right to work in the UK is required.
• Full training and ongoing support provided.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high quality personal care and practical support per care plans.
• Prompt or administer medication safely and appropriately.
• Prepare meals and support nutrition and hydration.
• Provide companionship, emotional support and reassurance.
• Support daily routines and encourage independence.
• Assist with household tasks related to the client's care.
• Maintain clear communication with the care team and report changes.
