Libertatem Healthcare Group in Oxford seeks compassionate Complex Care Support Workers to provide one-to-one care for a gentleman with brain injury. You will assist with daily living, mobility, PEG feeding, and emotional support, working closely with family and healthcare professionals in a home setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex care, brain injury support, or specialist community care.
• Confidence supporting individuals with challenging behaviours.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and person-centred approach.
• Ability to work independently and use initiative.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Support with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist with mobility and safe use of hoists.
• Administer medication and monitor wellbeing.
• Support PEG feeding requirements.
• Provide emotional reassurance and companionship.
• Work closely with family members and healthcare professionals.
• Manage and respond to behaviours that challenge.
