We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team at One Stop, a subsidiary of Tesco. You will work in a fast-paced retail environment where no day is the same, providing excellent customer service, stocking shelves, processing payments and helping maintain the store's appearance.

You will be at the heart of our store operations, continually seeking ways to improve service through on-the-job coaching and feedback. With your guidance, the store will remain a safe place to work and shop.

Responsibilities

• I work across all areas of the store including online tasks, tills, replenishment, vending and stock routines to meet customer needs.
• I apply training to ensure work is performed safely.

• I clock in and out at the start and end of my shift to ensure accurate payment.
