We’re looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team at One Stop, a subsidiary of Tesco. We are working in fast‑paced retail environment where no day is the same. We're look at improving service, stocking shelves, processing pay‑emts and maintain store's appearance.

Responsibilities

• I know my customers and serving them with passion and pride, giving great natural service.
• I actively encourage customers to give feedback on their shopping trip through completing the 'have your say' survey.
• I work across all areas of the store incl online, the tills, replenishment, vending and stock routines to ensure tasks complete to meet needs of our customers.
• Putting in practice the training I have received to ensure we work all work it safely.
• Taking part in seasonal, community and charity events; creating an inclusive atmosphere.
• Being knowledgeable about my store performance, understanding tense play and we want..z? = lowest ഇ profit etc?.. etc..
