We’re looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team at One Stop, a subsidiary of Tesco. You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, providing excellent customer service, stocking shelves, processing payments, and maintaining the store’s appearance.

You will play an important role in the store’s daily operations by ensuring customer satisfaction and store standards.

You will be Responsible For

• Serving customers with passion and pride, providing natural service.
• Encouraging customer feedback through surveys.
• Working across all store areas including online, tills, replenishment, vending, and stock routines.
• Practicing safety procedures learned during training.
• Participating in seasonal, community, and charity events.
• Understanding store performance and your role in delivering profit.

• Following security procedures and wearing safety equipment.

• Following all training to ensure safety and legality.

Responsibilities include managing the post office operations and passing necessary background checks. Failure to pass these checks will result in withdrawal of the job offer.
