A prominent healthcare organization in the United Kingdom is seeking a part-time administrator for their Oncology Administration team. The role involves providing reception services, booking appointments, and maintaining patient records in a fast-paced environment. We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic administrator to join our Oncology Administration team to provide full administrative support including a reception service for our chemotherapy day unit. The post holder will be expected to organise and prioritise their own workload and to work closely with clinical colleagues in order to ensure the continuity of service for our patients at all times.
This is a great opportunity for an excellent administrator to develop and learn within a complex, fast-paced environment. You will have excellent team working, interpersonal and communication skills with the vision and enthusiasm to continually develop both yourself and the service.
This post is for 22.5 hours a week. Wednesday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00 (with at least one day of working late shift of 10:30 - 18:30).
