Icon UK is seeking an experienced Oncology Pharmacist to join the new Reading cancer centre. You will deliver high-quality clinical pharmacy services, manage systemic anti-cancer therapies, and support electronic prescribing systems within a multidisciplinary team.

This is a unique opportunity for an experience Oncology Pharmacist to play a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred clinical pharmacy services within a specialist cancer setting. You will contribute to the safe and effective management of oncology treatments, supporting service development, and clinical governance initiatives. We are looking for a GPhC registered Pharmacist with significant oncology experience, strong knowledge of systemic anti-cancer therapies, and hands‑on experience with electronic prescribing systems.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team. You will be proactive, resourceful, and committed to improving patient outcomes, driving service innovation, and maintaining the highest standards of medicines management and patient care.
