Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Medical Lead to shape the medical strategy for a portfolio of oncology assets in the UK. You will drive medical insights, evidence generation and scientific engagement to improve patient outcomes, while leading an expert medical team committed to ethical, compliant practice.

You will influence cross-functional planning across CVTs, collaborate with regional/global teams, and ensure evidence-based medical plans align with evolving healthcare needs and policy

Qualifications

Medical degree MBBS or equivalent required.
Pharmacy degree or other life sciences qualification.
Experience in Medical Affairs and oncology preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of therapy area and brand medical strategies aligned to business priorities and patient needs.
Shape integrated evidence generation, medical education and scientific engagement plans for current and future assets.
Provide medical leadership and input into cross-functional planning, launch readiness and lifecycle management activities.
Generate and translate customer insights into actionable recommendations influencing local, regional and global strategy.
Represent UK medical interests within EMEA and Global medical forums.
