Due to the continued growth and expansion of the business, we are looking for an Oncall Supervisor for our Home Instead office in Rotherwas. While this is a remote position, you will be proud to represent us and be an ambassador for the excellent service we provide to our clients, and you will also want to be part of an organisation that strives to be excellent in all manners of its care delivery., To ensure that our clients and care professionals receive the appropriate support and a high-quality service., We're looking for a Remote On-Call Supervisor to join our supportive team. This role is vital in ensuring seamless care delivery outside of office hours. You'll be the first point of contact for Care Professionals and clients during evenings and weekends, providing reassurance, guidance, and practical solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the first line of support for staff and clients during on-call hours
  • Provide clear, calm, and professional advice to Care Professionals
  • Escalate urgent issues to the Registered Manager when required
  • Ensure continuity of care by managing last-minute rota changes
  • Record and report all on-call activity accurately
Qualities & Experience
  • Experience in care or health & social care supervision (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills with a calm, empathetic approach
  • Ability to problem-solve under pressure and make sound decisions
  • Confidence working independently and remotely
  • Flexibility to cover evenings and weekends on a rota basis
