As our Onboarding Specialist, you’ll be the friendly guide leading our amazing new partners and employers from a successful sale right through to launch, managing all implementation steps from technical configuration to account readiness. You’ll work closely with both groups to understand their payroll environment, complete setup requirements dependent on payroll platform, and validate reliability and functionality through testing.
You will lead partners and employers through implementation, coordinating operational tasks such as technical set up via our internal tools and systems. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Partner Sales Product, Engineering, Finance, and Client Success to troubleshoot issues and ensure all requirements are met for activation and launch. You play a critical role in creating a seamless, timely implementation experience that sets partners and employers up for long‑term success.
