Circet UK are looking for an Onboarding Coordinator for subcontractors within our Wireless division.

The Subcontractor Onboarding Coordinator will play a critical role in implementing robust, centralized governance over subcontractor training compliance. This position ensures that all subcontractors meet mandatory training and documentation requirements before commencing work, mitigating operational, financial, and reputational risks. As the company scales and relies increasingly on supply chain partners, this role is essential to protect business integrity and maintain compliance standards.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Governance & Compliance
  • Develop and maintain a centralized onboarding process for subcontractors, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and verify subcontractor training records, certifications, and safety documentation prior to work commencement.
  • Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities and compliance status within internal systems.
Process Management
  • Coordinate onboarding workflows, including registration, documentation submission, and training completion.
  • Implement and continuously improve onboarding procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.
  • Liaise with internal teams (Procurement, HSEQ, Operations) to ensure alignment on compliance requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Act as the primary point of contact for subcontractors during the onboarding process.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with subcontractors regarding compliance expectations and deadlines.
  • Provide guidance and support to subcontractors on accessing training platforms and submitting required documentation.
Reporting & Risk Management
  • Generate compliance reports and dashboards for senior management.
  • Identify gaps in subcontractor compliance and elevate issues promptly.
  • Contribute to risk mitigation strategies by ensuring timely onboarding and training completion.
Knowledge & Skills Requirements
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and compliance tracking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word) and familiarity with compliance or onboarding systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
