Job summary

Erin Associates, based near Cleckheaton, is seeking an experienced Web Developer to join our small team and work with a high level of autonomy. The role will be on-site during probation, with the option to discuss long‑term hybrid working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Web Development role.
• Self-starter with willingness to expand technical knowledge.
• Proficient in PHP and Laravel.
• Experience with HTML5 and CSS3.
• Strong JavaScript skills with frameworks.
• Knowledge of MySQL.
• GIT proficiency.
• Bonus: WordPress experience.
• Desirable: VueJS, React, RESTful APIs, NPM, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop our internal web applications.
• Take ownership of all development activity within the business.
• Work with Laravel daily and ensure code quality.
• Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure our websites are user-friendly and responsive.
• Carry out development, debugging, design work, and code reviews.
