Job summary

BUILDING MATERIALS WHOLESALE LTD in Grays, England, is seeking a hands-on Video Editor & Content Creator. The role focuses on turning raw footage into engaging long-form YouTube content and short-form clips while collaborating with leadership.

You will help shape the storytelling, craft behind-the-scenes videos, and develop creative campaigns across the group. You’ll support filming days, photography, graphics, and educational content around building materials.

Qualifications

• Hands-on video editing and storytelling with behind-the-scenes footage
• Ability to turn raw footage into engaging YouTube content and short-form videos
• Strong sense of pacing, music, emotion, and narrative structure
• Experience with photography and creating product photography
• Comfortable collaborating with CEO and Head of Brand & Creative

Responsibilities

• Review large volumes of raw footage and identify moments to keep
• Create long-form YouTube content and short-form videos
• Develop storytelling from footage and adapt pacing and music
• Produce YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels and other social content
• Support filming days with basic camera, lighting and sound setup
• Capture product photography and graphics for campaigns
• Create campaign assets and engaging graphics
• Identify content opportunities without a fixed brief
• Assist across Building Materials Wholesale with content strategy
• Support creator collaborations and product-led content
• Produce educational content about building materials and applications
• Show behind-the-scenes content of warehouse, operations and people
• Keep footage and projects organized and on schedule
• Ensure quality of equipment, sound and exports before delivery
