Job summary

Cappagh Browne Utilities Ltd is seeking a proactive SHEQ Advisor to support our on-site teams in delivering high standards of safety, health, environment and quality. You will guide teams to meet legal, regulatory and client requirements, promoting a strong safety culture and continuous improvement across our projects.

You will conduct site audits, lead risk assessments, support investigations, and help develop our management systems while engaging internal and external stakeholders to achieve

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General Certificate or NEBOSH Construction Certificate required.
• ISO Internal Auditor qualification or training preferred.
• Experience in utilities, construction or civil engineering sectors.

Responsibilities

• Carry out site audits and inspections.
• Support incident investigations and review risk assessments and safe systems of work.
• Deliver inductions and toolbox talks; produce SHEQ reports.

Education

NEBOSH General Certificate

NEBOSH Construction Certificate

ISO Internal Auditor qualification or training

Drug & Alcohol testing experience

Full UK Driving Licence
