On Site Contract Recruitment Coordinator

Monday-Friday 08:00-16:00

£13.50 P/H

What will you be doing?

This role will be to assist the onsite consultant to deliver an exceptional service to our client. This is an incredibly fast paced and diverse role with two days never the same, you could be holding candidate registration sessions one day using your positive personality to ensure all our candidates have a positive journey and the next day be working on administration tasks which may range from completing compliance checks to preparing weekly payroll reports.

Key responsibilities
  • Fulfilment of staffing requirements to meet client requirements
  • Recruitment, selection, and onboarding of workers
  • Inputting and checking data for weekly payroll ensuring the information is accurate
  • Taking responsibility for administrative processes such as absences management, worker availability
  • Carry out inductions and walk around on the shop floor
What we are looking for

Most importantly we are looking for a tenacious, driven, and flexible candidate to join our team with a great attitude towards delivering an excellent service to our client. If you’ve not got a recruitment background don’t worry, we’ll teach you everything you need to know.

A strong administrative background with experience operating all Microsoft programmes particularly excel is required.
