Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant with ACCA, CIMA or Chartered qualifications.
• Hands-on experience in a varied finance role within a small business.
• Experience managing a small finance team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transactional finance team including recruitment and training.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and produce detailed Board reports.
• Manage accruals, prepayments, and contract revenue accounting.
• Oversee sales and purchase ledgers and support budgeting.
• Prepare quarterly VAT submissions and assist in year-end audit.
