Job summary

HomeServe Membership Ltd in Tipner is seeking a Plumbing Engineer to diagnose and repair domestic plumbing systems in customers' homes. You will perform 1st and 2nd fix work, manage jobs on-site, and deliver excellent customer service with a proactive, independent approach.

We offer a competitive package: £38,220–£41,620 salary, a £3,000 guaranteed bonus in year one, and benefits including overtime, a company van, fuel card, pension, 33 days holiday, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Requires Level 2 Plumbing qualification.
• Experience carrying out 1st and 2nd fix plumbing in homes.
• Experience working in domestic properties.
• Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and fix plumbing issues in customers' homes.
• Perform 1st and 2nd fix plumbing work in domestic properties.
• Repair and maintain household plumbing systems, on-site.
• Manage jobs independently while delivering high service standards.
