Job summary

Focusmed24 Ltd. seeks a Site Materials Testing Technician to perform on-site testing of asphalt, concrete and soil for Heathrow Airport projects.

You will conduct asphalt, concrete and soil tests, document results, and ensure compliance with standards while adhering to health and safety practices. The role requires previous materials testing experience, a full UK driving licence, and the ability to work on-site with accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction materials testing across asphalt, concrete and soil.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site-based materials testing to ensure compliance with relevant standards and specifications.
• Carry out asphalt testing (coring, temperature checks, compaction).
• Perform concrete testing (slump tests, cube sampling, air content).
• Undertake soil testing (in-situ density, compaction, CBR).
• Complete accurate test reports and maintain quality and health & safety standards.
