Job summary

Link Group Limited is seeking a Labourer to perform general repairs across properties and support trades on site in Falkirk. The role includes installing loft insulation, cleaning gutters, installing rotary dryers and laying slabs, with duties aligned to statutory and technical standards.

PVG membership is required, and on-call rota participation is expected. The company participates in the Disability Confident employer scheme.

Qualifications

• PVG membership under the Disclosure (Scotland) Act 2020 is required.
• Ability to perform general repairs such as installing loft insulation, cleaning gutters, installing rotary dryers, laying slabs and supporting core trades.
• Role involves on-call rota participation.

• Carry out general repairs on properties owned or managed by Link Group or under service agreements.
