Responsibilities

• Provide IT support for colleagues, resolving incidents and fulfilling requests.
• Handle asset lifecycle management including refresh and disposal of laptops.
• Ensure VIP support for key colleagues and new hires.
• Maintain office IT facilities such as AV equipment and printers.
