A leading marketing agency in Manchester is seeking an IT Manager to take ownership of onsite IT operations. The role involves providing hands-on IT support, managing user issues, and liaising with external service providers to ensure efficient IT service delivery. Qualifications

• Proven experience providing in-house technical support up to 3rd line level.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies including Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office 365.
• Experience supporting network connectivity, endpoint management, and system security.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on IT support across the business, covering 1st to 3rd line issues.
• Act as the primary onsite IT contact, managing daily technical operations and user support.
• Liaise with the external MSP for escalations, system maintenance, and project delivery.
