Job summary

City Site Solutions Ltd is seeking a hands-on Health, Safety & Operations Support Manager to work across office and live projects. You’ll audit, report and drive actions to close out, ensuring company standards are understood and followed on site and in projects.

You’ll liaise with Directors, Contracts Managers and site teams to maintain RAMS, manage documentation and support HSE initiatives, including training and accreditation efforts.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting site safety audits and reporting findings.
• Ability to maintain RAMS, inspect records and site documentation.
• Strong verbal and written communication with clients and staff.
• Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Carry out site safety audits 1–2 days a week and track corrective actions.
• Keep H&S policies and documentation current and accessible.
• Support setup of project files, RAMS, and site records.
• Provide management with audit findings, risks and H&S performance.
• Assist with prequalification and tendering on HSE aspects.
